I have locs can i still use your products?
Yes you can still use our products. We have a bundle specially for locs (Braids 'n' Locs)
What would products would you suggest for someone with damaged hair?
Our Moisturising Hair Combo and choosing either the Leave-in Conditioner or Moisturising Hair Butter as your creams choice, depending on your porosity.
Do your products include chemicals?
No, all of our products are created using natural, organic ingredients.
What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to your products?
We recommend that you stop using the products immediately. All of our ingredients are listed on our products, please double check prior to using to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. We urge you to do a patch prior to using our product.
Can children use our products?
We recommend that our products should be used on children over the age of 3.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept any returns or offer exchanges once an order has been placed.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?

When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3-7 days. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
